As young families, we loved the welcoming and courteous staff, the amazing sea view and balcony in our kingsize room, and the comfortable bed. The powerful shower and nice features in the room were a plus. The breakfast served on the terrace was plentiful and delicious. The lunch and snacks were tasty with generous portions. The cocktails were a treat too. We appreciated the option of having breakfast in our room on the balcony. The hotel's location opposite the sea and with views of Southend Pier was spectacular.
Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

I had a wonderful stay at a beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea just across the road. The room was gorgeous, with a balcony and air-conditioning. The staff provided excellent service, and the cocktails on the terrace were a real treat. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made sandwiches and cakes. The young ladies serving were friendly and helpful. a lovely experience in a quiet area near the sea.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, right across from the beach on the Esplanade. I loved sitting outside on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful views without any disturbance from the restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring prompt service. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, ironing facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The hotel also offers a range of services, such as room service and dry cleaning, which added to the convenience of my stay. I was impressed by the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully presented and extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable, with high-quality linens that made for a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the food - it was exceptional! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel well looked after throughout my stay. The hotel's location right on the seafront provided stunning views of the Thames estuary. There was also plenty of parking available, which was convenient. Plus, starting the day with a run along the seafront was an absolute highlight.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious! We had a fantastic meal with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the salmon and steak were cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes were very generous. the service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. the atmosphere in the hotel was great, with a relaxed vibe and a lovely outdoor seating area where we could enjoy the evening sun. the dining experience at this hotel was fantastic.
One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, the receptionist was on his phone and seemed a bit distracted.
